Great to meet you!

I have a wide range of expertise in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use/addiction, and identity development. My background includes a specialization in LGBTQ+ Affirmative Psychology as well as 11 years of experience working in substance use, dual diagnosis treatment, and community mental health.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy begins with creating an environment of safety, inclusion, trust and mutual respect for one another. I enjoy building this space together while we collaborate to explore your experiences, develop new skills, and uncover inner strengths. As members of the self-healing community, it's easy to get caught up in quick fixes and surface-level solutions. True transformation requires deep, therapeutic work and telehealth offers a safe, supportive space for us to do that together.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expects to break free from the shackles of past traumas, release the weight of anxiety and depression, and discover a newfound sense of purpose and meaning. Clients will develop a deeper understanding of themselves, uncover hidden strengths, and cultivate resilience and self-awareness. By embracing therapy, we’ll embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth, emerging stronger, wiser, and more whole.
