Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure where to go next, you’re in the right place. Graduated Pepperdine University with Masters in Clinical Psychology in 2007. I’ve spent many years helping adults from all walks of life navigate anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, and identity questions. I especially enjoy working with men (including those who are completely new to therapy), as well as women wanting help understanding the important relationships in their lives. Whether you're processing past experiences, facing grief or loss, adjusting to a new stage of life, or trying to better understand who you are and where you belong — I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and understood. Depending on your needs, we may explore cognitive-behavioral strategies to challenge unhelpful thoughts, learn grounding and coping tools for panic or anxiety, or process trauma at a pace that feels manageable. I’m comfortable supporting people navigating PTSD, stress, codependency, anger, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and emotional numbness or overwhelm.

If helpful, we’ll also talk about emotional expression, communication, boundaries, masculinity, identity, and the pressures that come with major life roles — whether you’re a partner, parent, provider, student, caregiver, or someone rebuilding after disruption.

I’ve worked extensively with military service members, veterans, firefighters, and first responders, as well as family members supporting someone with mental illness. My goal is always the same: help you feel grounded, clearer, and more aligned with the life you want.

What you can expect from me

We’ll talk about what brings you here, what feels heavy, and what you hope will shift. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin building tools you can use between sessions — not just ideas, but real, practical strategies that help you cope, adjust, and grow. My hope is that you leave feeling supported, understood, and more hopeful than when you arrived.

A little about me:

I’m originally from Poland and immigrated to the U.S. in 1991, so I understand cultural transition, identity shifts, and the complexity of adjusting to a new environment. I’m bilingual (Polish & English), a father, and an avid antique collector — I love objects with history, meaning, and stories.

If you’re seeking a therapist who is steady, real, compassionate, and willing to walk beside you while also challenging you when needed — I’d be honored to work with you.
