Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience. I spent much of my career in corporate leadership roles operating behavioral health facilities before deciding to refine my focus to working with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in treating addictions of all types (substances, gambling, pornography, etc.), anxiety, depression, and other men's related issues.

My approach to therapy

I approach my work from a non-judgmental stance and focus on what your needs are and how I can best support you in meeting your goals. I typically utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but am more eclectic in style and approach to best serve the needs of my clients.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other. I will give you space and time to share what brings you to therapy and begin to discuss what we can accomplish together.
