Adam Medrano

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Summit Garden Counseling specializing in helping to manage stress or anxiety. I work with adults, children, and/or families/couples.

I help by implementing an empathic view when I am with others so that I can more clearly understand what each person has been experiencing.

I also provide a free 15 minute telephone consultation at your request. I accept insurance, private pay, and sliding scale options. In our first few sessions, you can expect us to discuss the main goals that you would like to achieve throughout counseling, and I will aim to learn more about your strengths, background, and viewpoints. My practice is unique, because we will discover together some ways in which you can persevere and thrive. I am passionate about this work, because I love helping others learn more about how they can succeed not only for themselves, but also for those they care about.
