Navigating your life amidst the day-to-day struggles is anything but easy. The good news is you don’t have to do it alone. I have worked with many individuals including teens, athletes, professionals, and young adults. I hold degrees from James Madison University and University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I would love to work together as I aim to help you overcome current struggles and surpass life’s challenges.

As a licensed professional counselor, I can serve alongside you throughout your journey, helping to uncover your inner strengths and abilities. The goal is not to eliminate the unpredictability of life, but to achieve inner peace despite the storms going on outside.

I believe in a holistic approach often utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), culturally competent care, psychodynamic care, and motivational interviewing. I would love to work together with you to help achieve your goals.

In order to achieve one's goals, individuals are challenged while being supported throughout the process. This allows you as the client to become more equipped with techniques for daily encounters while finding overall balance.
