Great to meet you!

When addiction, anxiety, relationship challenges, or a growing sense of dissatisfaction with life begin affecting your wellbeing, it can feel difficult to know what direction to take next. I work with adults and seniors navigating substance use concerns, anxiety, men's issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, disconnected from their sense of purpose, struggling in important relationships, or frustrated by repeated setbacks that make lasting change feel out of reach. Whether you're working toward recovery, navigating relationship difficulties, rebuilding after a difficult season, or searching for greater fulfillment and direction, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity and move forward with confidence. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen meaningful relationships, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful growth happens when we understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that influence how we think, feel, and respond to life's challenges. My approach is direct, collaborative, and solution focused, helping clients gain insight while developing practical tools that support lasting change. I utilize Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Method principles, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and trauma informed approaches to support meaningful progress. Together, we may explore substance use recovery, anxiety, men's issues, relationship concerns, family issues, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, sleep difficulties, stress management, grief, trauma, anger management, and emotional regulation. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen coping skills, improve communication, build healthier relationships, and create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, honest, and judgment free environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where difficult conversations can happen safely while supporting meaningful personal growth. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, improved emotional regulation, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Whether you're navigating recovery, anxiety, relationship challenges, men's issues, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, grounded, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and confidence.
