Great to meet you!

I've been a Clinical Psychologist for over 25 years and still love supporting my clients in living a fulfilling life. I specialize in relationships and sex therapy as well as working with those seeking deeper meaning in their lives, especially in that second half of life with its obstacles and existential challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through deep curiosity and exploration, I seek to understand my clients and the painful patterns that keep them stuck. We then develop an action plan together to create change and free them to live the life they truly desire. Modalities involved may include psychodynamic, family systems and cognitive-behavioral work or some combination.

What you can expect from our first session

First and foremost we want to develop a rapport, a therapeutic alliance to allow us to connect and create change successfully. Of course, reduction of symptoms is an early goal, as well as cultivating a positive mind set for change.
