Great to meet you!

am a trauma-focused psychotherapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License #157326) who trained at Pepperdine University. I firmly believe that you were born with an innate capacity to heal, grow, and build a meaningful life, regardless of your past or present circumstances. My perspective is that therapy is not about "fixing" you; rather, it is about uncovering the strength and capabilities you already carry. I consider it a profound privilege to provide a welcoming, compassionate space where you can cultivate hope, confidence, and clarity so you can flourish.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, eclectic, and grounded in depth-oriented, soul-based psychotherapy that unfolds at the unique rhythm of your inner life. I utilize non-pathologizing somatic techniques to tap into your body’s deep wisdom to heal painful experiences, focusing on the maturation of your wholeness rather than simply eliminating symptoms. To support healing on relational, cognitive, emotional, and somatic levels, I draw from a broad toolbox of evidence-based practices, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, CBT, mindfulness, and PACT for couples. Ultimately, my experiential focus works directly with your nervous system, helping to gradually reconnect fragmented experiences and rebuild a sense of safety and coherence.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, steady presence as we navigate your healing path together. I provide a safe, relational container that allows you to slow down, listen inwardly, and decipher the deeper meaning behind your symptoms or emotional reactions. Because I utilize a broad, flexible therapeutic toolbox, you can expect me to meet you exactly where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs. Step by step, I will support you in discovering renewed trust in yourself, and I am here and ready to begin whenever you are.
