The fun fact about me is that I used to be an electrical engineer before becoming a therapist. I now enjoy helping people find their own resiliency and strength that they can use to achieve their goals.

I mostly use the IFS model which helps clients find their own inner strength and tools to handle life's challenges

My hope is that my clients develop a greater awareness of what is happening inside their bodies and minds, and they can use that awareness to make choices that align with what they want for their life.
