Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years of experience working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, spiritual issues, and grief and loss, among other issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic; I generally use a psychodynamic and gestalt approach in therapy, but I include other modalities when beneficial. I also deeply believe in the importance of viewing ourselves within the context of the systems around us. And because every person is unique, I believe in creating a new therapy with every client I see.

What you can expect from me

Although people seek therapy for a variety reasons, we all strive to create a sense of self-worth, develop healthy relationships, achieve our goals, and lead a fulfilling life. My aim is to develop a trusting and genuine therapeutic relationship, impart practical tools to work through current problems, and work together to explore and heal the underlying causes of those problems.
