Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over a decade of clinical experience. I specialize in medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and sleep concerns.

My approach is supportive, direct, and collaborative. I work closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and help improve daily functioning and overall well-being. Telehealth services are available for convenience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is patient-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative. I focus on understanding each client’s unique experiences, symptoms, and goals, then develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management and brief therapeutic strategies.

My style is supportive and nonjudgmental, while also being direct and goal-oriented. I provide clear education about diagnoses and treatment options so clients can make informed decisions about their care. I also emphasize building practical skills such as coping strategies, routine structure, and stress management to support long-term stability.

I have a strong focus on treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and sleep concerns, and I aim to help clients improve daily functioning, emotional regulation, and overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a structured but supportive first session focused on understanding their concerns, history, and goals. I take time to complete a comprehensive assessment, including symptoms, past treatment, medical history, and current challenges, to form an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan

I encourage open communication so you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences. By the end of the session, you can expect a clear plan, which may include medication options, recommendations for therapy, and practical strategies to begin improving symptoms and daily functioning.
