Great to meet you!

NOTICE: Currently accepting medication management clients only! Hi! I am a board-certified doctorally-prepared Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan, with a specific focus on underserved, urban populations. My work in the community health sphere has prepared me to support clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and life transitions, through medication management and supportive therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in evidence-based psychiatric care, but I do also realize that healing isn't linear and one-size-fits-all. I combine the structure of clinical expertise with the creativity and flexibility of client experiences. As someone who has worked primarily in community mental health, social determinants play a huge role in my practice, and I take a holistic viewpoint, Whether through medication, behavioral strategies, or simply giving space to process, I think of treatment as a partnership where your goals and voice are central.

What you can expect from me

Clients should expect a warm and welcoming environment that strikes a balance between medication support and therapeutic guidance. We'll always start the conversation with your self-identified goals, and I will offer my input on different treatment options. Medication is not the end-all-be-all with me and I will always create a safe space to vent. During our sessions, my goal is not only to identify the right medication plan, but also to help you understand how it works, monitor your progress, and adjust if needed. My aim to provide clarity, consistency and care that extends beyond the prescription pad.
