I am Ada Gbanite, a dedicated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing psychotherapy and psychopharmacology services for individuals across all age groups. I am experienced in assessing, diagnosing, and managing complex mental health conditions, and I am committed to improving access to quality mental health care while enhancing patient outcomes.

I work closely with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that may include therapy, medication management, or a combination of both, always ensuring they feel heard, respected, and involved in their care.
During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we discuss their concerns, history, and goals. I conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and begin developing a treatment plan that aligns with their needs. My goal is for every client to leave the session feeling understood, supported, and confident about the next steps in their care.
