Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply not like yourself lately, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I work with adults and young professionals who are navigating depression, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions. Whether you’re struggling with constant overthinking, people-pleasing, career stress, or feeling disconnected in your relationships, therapy can help you regain clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself. At the same time, I’m active and goal-oriented in our work together. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies to help you develop practical tools you can use in everyday life—not just in session.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s keeping you stuck, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped to handle life’s challenges with resilience and self-trust.
