Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with young adults navigating anxiety, panic, OCD, complicated relationships, and unresolved experiences from the past. For the past four years, I’ve worked as a therapist with college students, and I bring that experience into every session. As a certified yoga teacher, my approach to therapy integrates practical skills, the mind-body connection, and space for spiritual exploration when it's meaningful to you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style adapts to you. We'll build real-life tools with ACT and DBT, then go deeper with EMDR and ego states work when you're ready. I'm direct yet compassionate, and challenging yet empowering - here to help you face the hard stuff without feeling alone in it. It might get messy, but growth usually is - and you don't have to do it alone.

What you can expect from our first session

At the heart of therapy is the trust and connection we build together — it’s one of the most powerful parts of the healing process. Each session is grounded in that relationship. Early on, we’ll focus on practical tools to help you feel more in control in your daily life. When you feel ready, we’ll gently explore the deeper roots of what’s been keeping you stuck. Therapy works best when you engage with it actively, and I’m here to support and empower you every step of the way.
