Great to meet you!

I love travelling, journaling, reading, volunteering, and hiking. I work with patients across the life span with comorbid mental health diagnoses. I'm inspired to become a mental health care provider due to the challenges facing individuals with mental health issues around the world, especially in third-world and developing countries. I am motivated by the resilience in patients who have travelled through the journey, recovered, and are making an impact themselves by volunteering, speaking up, and assisting others with mental health disorders.

My ideal clients are adolescents, adults, couples, LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, and families. I speak English and Yoruba.

My areas of focus are anxiety disorders, depression, stress disorder, adjustment disorder, trauma recovery, and life transitions. I also provide immigration assessment evaluations.

I am passionate about helping the LGBTQ community and individuals and families going through the immigration process.

I offer telehealth and a free “Schedule 15-minute consultation”.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-based interviewing, and mindfulness. My style is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I combine medication management with practical therapeutic strategies to help you better understand your symptoms, build coping skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes. I believe mental health care should feel empowering—not overwhelming—and that progress happens when care is tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

We will start the section with an introduction. I will obtain medical history, ask open-ended questions, review past medications, treatments, and therapies, explore the patient’s motivation for treatment, and determine which treatments and medications have worked and haven't worked for the patient in the past, and what we intend to achieve with the patient’s recovery journey.
