Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Adebola Ogunbiyi, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized mental health care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in your mental wellness.

With over 17 years of nursing experience, including extensive backgrounds in psychiatric nursing, critical care, telehealth, and intensive care, I bring a well-rounded perspective to caring for the whole person. My diverse clinical experience has strengthened my ability to assess complex conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients through some of life's most challenging moments.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. My clinical interests include anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, insomnia, and other psychiatric conditions. I believe that effective treatment is built on trust, collaboration, and understanding each person's unique experiences and goals.

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy, patient education, and practical coping strategies to help you achieve lasting emotional wellness. I strive to ensure that every visit is meaningful, giving you the time and support needed to better understand your symptoms, make informed treatment decisions, and build confidence in your journey toward recovery.

compassionate care, hope, and the opportunity to thrive. Whether you're seeking help for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I am committed to partnering with you every step of the way to help you build resilience, improve your quality of life, and achieve your personal goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe that effective mental health care begins with trust, compassion, respect, and collaboration. My goal is to provide personalized psychiatric care that helps individuals feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their healing journey.

My approach combines evidence-based treatment, medication management, supportive therapy, and holistic mental health care tailored to your unique needs. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, insomnia, mood changes, stress, or other mental health concerns, I work with you to identify the root causes of your symptoms and develop a practical, realistic treatment plan.

I focus on the whole person—not just the diagnosis. Your emotional, physical, social, and lifestyle factors all play an important role in your mental wellness. Together, we will create a treatment plan that supports symptom relief, emotional balance, improved functioning, resilience, and long-term well-being.

My mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you can regain control, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

From the moment we meet, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Your first psychiatric visit is an opportunity for me to get to know you as a whole person—not just your symptoms or diagnosis.

During our first session, we will discuss your mental health history, current challenges, lifestyle, stressors, treatment goals, and what you hope to achieve through care. Whether you are seeking support for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, insomnia, mood changes, stress, or emotional difficulties, we will work together to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs.

My approach may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive therapy, coping skills, lifestyle recommendations, and evidence-based strategies to help improve your emotional wellness and daily functioning. You can expect to leave with greater self-awareness, practical tools, and a clearer path toward healing, stability, and long-term mental wellness.

My mission is to empower, support, and guide you as you build resilience, regain confidence, and create a healthier life that aligns with your goals, values, and overall well-being. Together, we will take meaningful steps toward helping you feel better and thrive.
