Welcome! I'm Adebola Ogunbiyi, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized mental health care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in your mental wellness.
With over 17 years of nursing experience, including extensive backgrounds in psychiatric nursing, critical care, telehealth, and intensive care, I bring a well-rounded perspective to caring for the whole person. My diverse clinical experience has strengthened my ability to assess complex conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients through some of life's most challenging moments.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. My clinical interests include anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, insomnia, and other psychiatric conditions. I believe that effective treatment is built on trust, collaboration, and understanding each person's unique experiences and goals.
My approach combines evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy, patient education, and practical coping strategies to help you achieve lasting emotional wellness.
