Great to meet you!

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I bring three years of clinical experience treating individuals across the lifespan—from children as young as 6 to adults up to 75 years old. I specialize in providing personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care that is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and empowerment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My journey in mental health care is deeply personal and professional. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing and have worked in outpatient psychiatry, treating diverse populations with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. My approach is holistic—I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. I value creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients from all walks of life can feel comfortable sharing their stories. My passion for mental health is inspired by my desire to help others overcome emotional challenges and live more fulfilled lives.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients who work with me can expect a therapeutic partnership built on trust, respect, and collaboration. Sessions are structured to provide clarity, emotional support, and practical tools you can apply in your daily life. You will leave each session feeling more empowered, better understood, and equipped to take the next steps in your wellness journey. Together, we'll work toward achieving your goals—at your pace and with a plan that is tailored just for you.
