Great to meet you!

Welcome!

My name is Adedayo. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over a decade of experience in healthcare. My goal is to empower individuals and families, whether they are facing illness or striving to maintain wellness, to regain independence and enhance their overall quality of life. I specialize in holistic psychiatric conditions using medical management and psychotherapy. All patients, regardless of their diverse backgrounds, are accepted without discrimination. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I am particularly skilled in addressing mental health concerns in patients with co-occurring medical conditions, underserved populations, and those with complex psychosocial needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with clients is rooted in respect, empathy, and a strong commitment to whole-person care. I view each client as a unique individual with their own story, strengths, and challenges. My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My care is tailored to each client's needs

What you can expect from me

Each session is guided by compassion, active listening, and evidence-based clinical care. My goal is not only to manage symptoms but to help clients understand the root of their struggles, build resilience, and restore a sense of control over their lives. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or psychiatric conditions, I take a collaborative approach.

Clients can expect to take away the following from our work together:

  • Increased self-awareness and insight into thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors
  • Practical tools and coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and mood fluctuations
  • Improved emotional regulation and interpersonal relationships
