Adele Amaro

Hello, I’m Adele, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of MorenaMinds Counseling LLC. My aim is to provide a supportive environment for you to explore how generational wounds impact your everyday interactions with the world, self, and others. I invite you to share your story and reflect on the lived experiences of your caregivers across generations. The hope is that you can foster a deeper understanding of how you approach your mental health and overall well-being through, not only your eyes, but the ones that came before you.

I specialize in supporting Latine communities dealing with generational trauma, depression, identity struggles, burnout, and feelings of inadequacy. My approach is rooted in social justice and recognizing the importance of cultural identity, language, and community in the healing process. Your lived experiences are the cornerstone of your treatment.

The first meeting is always about "feeling it out" and noticing how comfortable you are while we talk. It is important that you leave our first session feeling heard, validated, and empowered.
