Great to meet you!

For the past seven years, I have been practicing psychotherapy. In 2019, I completed my Master's in Counseling Psychology at The Wright Institute. Then, in 2021, I completed post-graduate training in psychodynamic therapy at The Psychotherapy Institute. I work primarily with individual adults but have also treated teens and occasionally couples. I bring an attachment-informed, psychodynamic lens to help clients develop authenticity and personal power by working through past emotional difficulties that continue to manifest today.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm and supportive, prioritizing a stable connection that helps clients deeply engage with their process. I bring radical compassion and curiosity to my work, continually examining my own biases to provide open, judgment-free support. I believe in the power of relationships to heal, creating a space where patients can work through life’s challenges, gain self-acceptance, and pursue meaningful goals.

With a background in improv, I incorporate humor and playfulness into sessions, helping clients authentically connect with themselves and others. I have a special interest in guiding clients to better understand their romantic lives, whether single or partnered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you and I will get to know each other and begin to feel out if we are a good fit. I will help you articulate what you want from therapy and what to expect in working with me.
