Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a 1.5-gen immigrant, raised in Southern California. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, helping them find more effective ways to manage distress and engage in healthy self-expression. My background shapes how I show up in the room, especially when working with clients navigating stressful transitions, intergenerational conflict, or identity.

My approach to therapy

I bring a multicultural lens to my work, with a particular interest in supporting immigrant families—especially Latino and Asian American clients—as well as LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse folks. I also draw from DBT and attachment-based approaches, which means we may explore how early relationships have shaped your patterns, while building practical skills for managing tough emotions along the way.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I work alongside you as a partner in this process. I hold space without judgment, so you can feel free to be your authentic self and explore what's really going on beneath the surface. Together, we'll explore what's been holding you back, so you can gain clarity on the obstacles in your way, and find a path forward that aligns with your own values.
