Great to meet you!

You might look like you have it together—but inside, you’re exhausted from the pressure to be perfect and never quite feel “enough.”

I help high-achieving adults understand the patterns driving that pressure, so they can stop overthinking, feel more grounded, and build a life that isn’t just about pushing harder—but actually feels good to live.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about learning how to slow things down enough to actually change them. My goal is to help you feel more in control by practicing “the pause”—so you can respond instead of react, stop overgiving, and make space for what actually matters to you.

I approach therapy as both a therapist and a teacher, helping you understand how your brain and nervous system shaped your patterns. Not because something is wrong with you—but because your system learned how to survive. From there, we create new ways of showing up that feel more steady and intentional.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you—your story, your patterns, and what’s been feeling hard lately. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once; we go at your pace.

You can expect me to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and begin helping you see that you don’t have to keep putting yourself last. That you’re allowed to take up space, set boundaries, and start treating yourself with more kindness.
