Great to meet you!

I believe in each person’s innate capacity to heal. As your therapist, my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, seen, and empowered. You are the expert on your own life, and together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing and work toward meaningful relief, growth, and transformation. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, work-related stress, relationship conflict, breakups/divorce, family of origin issues, and identity-related experiences involving race, culture, and gender.

You are in control of your treatment process. I will collaboratively work with you within a trauma informed perspective suited to your unique needs, and address past, present, and future.

My approach is collaborative and culturally sensitive, grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, reflection, and empowerment. Reaching out for support is a courageous step. I’m here to walk with you through whatever you’re carrying—at your pace, in your way.
