Great to meet you!

For over 20 years, I have sat across from people carrying weight that most will never understand: the weight of service, sacrifice, survival, and the quiet battles that follow you home. Whether you are a service member navigating the pressures of military life, a veteran working through what you have been through, or a family member holding everything together behind the scenes, you deserve a space where your experience is genuinely understood. I specialize in helping the military community work through stress, trauma, relationship strain, and the moments when life feels harder than it should.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a partnership. We work together toward your goals, building resilience, developing real coping skills, and clearing the roadblocks standing between you and the life you want. I meet you where you are and guide the process based on what matters most to you. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I believe you already have the capacity to grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other. I want to hear what brought you in, what you are hoping for, and what your life looks like right now. You will also get a feel for my style and whether we are a good fit. No pressure, just an honest conversation to lay the groundwork for something meaningful.
