Great to meet you!

I've been working with individuals and families for about 3 years. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Texas, and I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. I have a good understanding of neurodivergent needs in both adolescents and adults, and I’ve also helped people manage mood disorders, anxiety, and self-harm. As a proud member of the LGBTQI+ community, I bring my personal experience and insights to my work with queer clients.

My approach to therapy

I combine existential and gestalt therapies with a person-centered approach. That means I really believe that the heart of therapy is the relationship we build together. It’s about understanding how your experiences and feelings connect, helping you find meaning and purpose in your life, and discovering your true self. My main goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and valued. Once we’ve built that trust and connection, we can work together to find what truly works best for you, both during our sessions and beyond.

What you can expect from me

I often hear people say, "I don’t know what to talk about" or "I don’t know where to start." But guess what? You’ve already started! I’m here to help you take that next step and get a clear picture of where you want go. Usually, our first session is about getting to know where you are in life and making sure you feel safe and comfortable. We’ll go over your rights and protections in therapy, so you can be honest and open without worry. Together, we’ll explore your goals and start your journey of growth and healing—one small step at a time.
