Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist who began my practice in the County of Los Angeles providing crisis intervention and intensive outpatient mental health services to high risk adolescents. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings treating diagnostically complicated adolescents and adults. I completed my training in Charlottesville at the University of Virginia’s Curry Programs in Clinical and School Psychology.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I adopt a strengths-based, whole-body approach to mental health treatment and believe that the mind and body have an amazing capacity to heal with the right support and guidance. I combine psychoeducation, mindfulness training, experiential/narrative, and inner-directed therapies to support adults and couples struggling with trauma, identity issues, relationship difficulties with themselves and others, stress-management, communication and building a life worth living.

What you can expect from our first session

My primary focus is reconnecting individuals with their own healing intelligence. I believe that some part of us has always had our back and by honoring/exploring this we can each become active participants in our own healing journey. I strive to empower my clients in connecting with resources both inside and outside of them in order to show up as the best versions of themselves. I offer practical tools/guidance for connecting with your inner wisdom.
