Great to meet you!

I work with people whose lives are layered, messy, and don’t fit into easy categories. I specialize in clients with complex histories, intersecting identities, or who sometimes feel like “too much” (or not enough). My style is direct, compassionate, and often humorous. I create space for unfiltered processing, deep reflection, and meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating a complicated relationship, feeling stuck, or trying to understand yourself better, I meet you in the mess without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I work best with adults and couples, especially those managing anxiety, disconnection, burnout, substance use challenges, or major life transitions. I care more about your story than your diagnosis, and I take a systemic, whole-person approach. With a background in sociology, I’m naturally wired to look at the bigger picture: the “why” beneath the “what.”

What you can expect from me

I genuinely love this work and care deeply about the people I see. If we’re not the right fit — seriously, reach out and I’ll help you find someone in my network who’s a better match. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. Therapy can be grounding, clarifying, and even funny. Let’s make sense of it all, together.
