NOW ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS – SAME DAY TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, unfocused, or mentally exhausted?

You're not alone. I specialize in helping adults manage ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, and mood disorders through personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care.

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I work with adults who struggle with difficulty focusing, racing thoughts, executive dysfunction, persistent worry, emotional overwhelm, and mood instability. Many of my patients are busy professionals, college students, healthcare workers, and adults seeking answers after years of feeling misunderstood.

Together, we'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals using medication management, education, and practical strategies that support lasting improvement in your work, relationships, and everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best psychiatric care is built on trust, collaboration, and individualized treatment. I take time to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, strengths, and personal goals so we can create a treatment plan that is both evidence-based and practical for your daily life.

I specialize in the evaluation and medication management of ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma-related disorders, insomnia, and other mood conditions. Treatment may include medication management, education about your diagnosis and treatment options, lifestyle recommendations, and practical strategies to improve focus, emotional regulation, sleep, and overall functioning.

My appointments are collaborative rather than one-sided. I encourage questions, explain treatment options thoroughly, and involve you in every decision. My goal is to ensure you leave each visit with a clear understanding of your diagnosis, treatment plan, and next steps while feeling supported throughout your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to understand the whole picture—not just your symptoms. We'll discuss your current concerns, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatments, family history, lifestyle, and the goals you hope to achieve through treatment.

We'll review how your symptoms affect your work, school, relationships, and daily life, and together we'll determine the most appropriate diagnosis when applicable. You'll receive education about your condition, discuss treatment options, and collaborate on a personalized, evidence-based plan that may include medication management and other supportive strategies.

By the end of your first visit, you'll have a clear understanding of your diagnosis (when appropriate), recommended treatment options, and next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, supported, and confident about your path forward.
