As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults struggling with difficulty focusing, racing thoughts, excessive worry, low motivation, irritability, emotional overwhelm, executive dysfunction, and mood changes.

My patients include busy professionals, college students, parents, and adults who want practical, individualized mental health care without feeling rushed.

You'll receive education about your condition, discuss treatment options, and collaborate on a personalized, evidence-based plan that may include medication management and other supportive strategies.

By the end of your first visit, you'll have a clear understanding of your diagnosis (when appropriate), recommended treatment options, and next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, supported, and confident about your path forward.
