Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Adesola. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, attention difficulties, sleep concerns, and other mental health challenges. I understand that reaching out for help can feel difficult, and you do not have to walk this path alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine listening. Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, education, and collaboration with other providers when needed, I work with you to build a treatment plan that fits your needs, goals, and pace. Together, we will take each step toward greater stability and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we will talk about what brings you in, what you have been experiencing, and how your mental health is affecting your daily life. I will listen without judgment, answer your questions, and explain treatment options clearly so you can feel informed and comfortable moving forward. My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and adults who want to feel heard, better understand what they are experiencing, and find a treatment plan that fits their individual needs.

If you are ready to take the first step, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation.
