Online Therapy for Adults in Florida

Anxiety, Depression & Life Transitions

I provide virtual therapy for adults in Florida who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and major life changes. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I offer a supportive, confidential space to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

I am a licensed mental health therapist with a MSEd, from Saint Bonaventure University in NY. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and in supporting adults who have developed maladaptive coping patterns rooted in childhood experiences. I also work with clients who would like to better understand themselves, recognize and build upon their strengths, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

For the "seeker" who wish to integrate spirituality into their personal growth and healing journey, I can guide somatic practices informed by Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and Kriya Yoga traditions. These practices can provide opportunities to deepen self-awareness, cultivate presence, and develop a more embodied connection to oneself. My approach supports clients not only in navigating challenges and healing from past experiences, but also in developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, holistic, and empowering approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, solution-focused therapy, Gestalt, Schema Therapy, somatic awareness, and inner child work. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood, build healthier ways of coping, and reconnect with their strengths as they move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we begin building trust and understanding. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and any goals or hopes you have for our work together. I’ll also ask gentle questions about your history and coping patterns to better understand how past experiences may be influencing the present.

This session is collaborative and paced with your comfort in mind. There is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Together, we’ll begin identifying strengths, patterns, and initial areas of focus, and you’ll leave with a clearer sense of what therapy may look like moving forward and how it can support you during this season of your life.
