Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental health Provider with over 12 years of experience specializing in comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and Medication Management for children, adolescents, and adults. I provide expert diagnosis and evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, ADHD, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and trauma-related conditions.

My practice focuses on safe, effective, and personalized Medication Management, with careful assessment, ongoing monitoring, and thoughtful adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes. I combine clinical expertise with a collaborative, patient-centered approach so you feel informed, involved, and confident in your treatment decisions.

In addition to medication management, treatment may include psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and care coordination when appropriate. I am committed to delivering compassionate, results-oriented care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

My goal is to help you achieve symptom relief, emotional stability, improved daily functioning, and long-term mental wellness—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe effective mental health treatment begins with truly understanding each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I partner closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

I integrate current clinical research with practical, patient-centered strategies, including Medication Management, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and care coordination when appropriate. I emphasize open communication, shared decision-making, and ongoing evaluation to ensure treatment remains effective and aligned with your progress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel empowered to achieve long-term mental wellness and improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and thorough. We will take time to explore your concerns, review your history, and discuss the factors impacting your mental health. I will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and answer any questions you may have about diagnosis or treatment options.

Together, we will begin developing a personalized care plan, which may include Medication Management, therapeutic strategies, and practical coping tools. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your treatment journey.
