I want to commend you for taking this challenging step to create the change that you want. My name is Wale Adegbenle, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with many individuals and families, who have a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, stress, trauma/abuse, family problems, addictions of all kinds, relationships/parenting, and many more in different settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style is relationship-centered, compassionate, focused, and validating. I pride myself on being a patient mental health provider and a good listener that will meet you where you are and help you to set realistic and actionable goals for treatment. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based counseling techniques.
