My name is Adeyemi Green. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have spent the early part of my career working with at risk youth involved in the Juvenile Justice System. I currently work with clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression and need support in addressing triggers and creating new approaches to dealing with the daily stressors of life. I believe that everyone has the potential to counter their anxiety and create resilience in their lives.
Therapy is a relationship between myself and the client. I believe that clients are the best navigators of their lives and have the map that leads to their ultimate goals. I believe that growing a clients current strengths in a way that fits their lifestyle is the best approach to change. Creating dynamics that counter negative behaviors and grow the positive behaviors is essential for therapy to be successful
Therapy with me will consist of CBT methods and Solution Brief Focused Therapy. We will work together to identify causes of areas of growth and hone in on effective strategies to effectively create, sustain and maintain change needed to live life on terms that clients are most comfortable with.
