Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or emotional pain while trying to meet the demands of everyday life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, grief, family conflict, cultural or identity concerns, or the unique experiences surrounding maternal mental health and women's issues, you deserve a space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. I work with adults, couples, and families to help them better understand the patterns affecting their lives and relationships while building healthier ways to cope. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe exploring difficult experiences, reconnecting with your strengths, and moving toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all process. I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Somatic approaches, Humanistic Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Psychoeducational Family Therapy to meet you where you are. Together, we'll identify the challenges contributing to stress, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, or past trauma while building practical tools that support healing and resilience. I strive to provide a warm, open-minded space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy to be a supportive partnership where your voice, experiences, and goals remain at the center of our work together. During our first sessions, we'll take time to understand your story, clarify what you'd like to achieve, and create a plan that reflects your values and strengths. As therapy progresses, I'll help you develop practical coping skills, deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and build confidence in navigating life's challenges. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling supported, encouraged, and better equipped to create lasting positive change both inside and outside of therapy.
