Great to meet you!

Hi and welcome! I’m Adi and over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and groups navigate life’s challenges. I truly believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we work together toward your goals. For me, therapy is about finding balance—between acceptance and accountability, self-compassion and meaningful change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply client-centered. I draw on psychodynamic, relational, emotion-focused, and self-compassion principles to guide our work. I also incorporate mindful self-compassion skills to help you develop a kinder, more accepting relationship with yourself. When it feels helpful, I may integrate CBT and DBT techniques .

What you can expect from our first session

The relationship we build together is at the heart of this work, and I believe that a strong, authentic connection is key to growth and healing.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to invite you to a free 15-minute phone consultation. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey to well-being.
