Great to meet you!

Adia is a highly trained, dedicated, and motivated clinician. Adia is committed to raising her four children and fulfilling her life purpose of being a mental health advocate. My approach to therapy

Today, many of us struggle with managing so many competing demands for our time and energy, resulting to strained familial relationships, poor work performance, insomnia, depression, anxiety and declining physical health. Adia's approach is supportive, strengths based and client centered. She incorporates mindfulness, yoga inspired, CBT, and trauma informed techniques. Clients report improved clarity, emotional regulation, and a reduction of depressive and anxiety symptoms.

What you can expect from me

Starting the process of therapy can be intimidating. Adia's holistic, warm and supportive approach towards treatment and engagement skills can help reduce the anxiety of starting therapy.

Begin your journey of healing and self-development with Adia:-)
