Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, families, and adults navigating a variety of emotional and life challenges. My clinical experience includes helping clients manage anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, family conflict, stress, life transitions, and personal growth. I am passionate about creating a supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Choosing a career in therapy came from my desire to help people feel heard, supported, and capable of overcoming challenges. I believe each person has unique strengths and experiences that shape their journey, and therapy should be a collaborative process that honors those differences.

My approach is compassionate, individualized, and down-to-earth. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship by being present, genuine, and engaged with what clients share. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed care, while adapting treatment to meet each client’s needs and goals.

Together, we will identify meaningful goals and develop practical coping strategies to support emotional well-being, improve relationships, manage stress, and navigate life transitions. My goal is to help clients build confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and rooted in understanding each client’s unique story. I strive to create a supportive space where individuals and families feel heard, respected, and empowered. I draw from evidence-based practices to address emotional and behavioral changes, while tailoring treatment to meet developmental needs.

What you can expect from me

The first session with me is all about getting to know each other in a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space. I’ll ask questions to learn more about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of therapy. If you’re a parent or caregiver bringing your child or teen, we’ll also talk about your concerns.
