Great to meet you!

Hi! If you’re here, you might be tired of holding it all together. I work with first-gen adults and daughters of immigrants who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients are high-functioning, capable, and the one everyone relies on, but inside they feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure of themselves.

My approach to therapy

As a Mexican-American therapist and daughter of immigrants, I understand the weight of culture, family, and expectations. You don’t have to minimize your story here. This work is about rewriting what you’re tired of carrying, breaking cycles, and building a life that feels more present, grounded, and true to you.

In therapy, we’ll work on calming the nervous system, making sense of your patterns, and creating real change; not just talking in circles. We can focus on anxiety, stress, boundaries, self-worth, and healing relationship wounds, while reconnecting with the parts of you that have been in survival mode. Warm, real, and at your pace with gentle accountability.

What you can expect from me

Before starting therapy, I offer a free consultation call so you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit. In our first session, I’ll ask a range of questions to understand your background and what’s been weighing on you, while also exploring your goals. We’ll always go at your pace, and the focus is on creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative.
