Great to meet you!

Hi! If you’re here, you might be tired of holding it all together. I work with first-gen adults and daughters of immigrants who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients are high-functioning, capable, and the one everyone relies on, but inside they feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure of themselves.

My approach to therapy

As a Mexican-American therapist and daughter of immigrants, I understand the weight of culture, family, and expectations. You don’t have to minimize your story here. This work is about rewriting what you’re tired of carrying, breaking cycles, and building a life that feels more present, grounded, and true to you.

In therapy, we’ll work on calming the nervous system, making sense of your patterns, and creating real change; not just talking in circles. We can focus on anxiety, stress, boundaries, self-worth, and healing relationship wounds, while reconnecting with the parts of you that have been in survival mode.

What you can expect from me

Before starting therapy, I offer a free consultation call so you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit. In our first session, I’ll ask a range of questions to understand your background and what’s been weighing on you, while also exploring your goals. We’ll always go at your pace, and the focus is on creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative.
