Great to meet you!

My name is Adilsa Encarnacao, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, (LCSW). I invite you to join me in your healing journey. Healing is not a one size fit all approach and I’m here to guide individuals through their individualized healing journey. I have over 6 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, life transitions, etc. My mission is to provide individuals with a safe, calm, empathetic and engaging environment to begin their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I use modalities such as CBT, DBT and EMDR to help individuals become self-aware about the maladaptive thoughts/behaviors that impact the way they interact with the world and create a safe space to begin healing. I focus on tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs, creating a safe space for growth and healing. I will help you gain insight, a deeper understanding of yourself, and support you on your journey to personal wellness.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling informed, safe, validated and supported. Are you ready to join me in working on your personal healing?
