Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Adina, and I'm here to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore concerns related to stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is always respectful and collaborative, while honoring your lived experiences and personal goals. Taking the first step can feel hard, but you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

During our initial sessions, we will work together to create a plan for addressing your needs in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

What you can expect from me

I will work to establish a safe and supportive space that helps you gain clarity, feel confident, and empowered as you move forward.
