Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Adina Isbell, and I'm honored to support you on your journey. I am a licensed clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in mental health. My tenure includes school-based childhood/adolescent mental health, domestic violence, crisis intervention, and adult mental health. Unique populations include Veteran treatment.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a trauma-informed/focused lens with a specialization in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression utilizing evidence-based practice. In the beginning stages of treatment, I like to thoroughly assess and set treatment goals tailored to your needs. Therapy is not about "fixing" but understanding and empowering yourself. We'll uncover your strengths together, develop coping tools, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Everyone's journey is unique, and I tailor therapy to fit your needs. You can expect to actively participate in treatment in and out of session. The more invested you are, the better your outcomes will be. Together, we'll uncover your strengths, develop coping tools, and work toward meaningful change.
