Great to meet you!

Welcome to my page. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and IFS graduate with over 9 years of experience providing compassionate and effective counseling services.

Letting someone in and seeking support is one of the most powerful gifts you can give yourself. I truly believe that we all carry inner wisdom—but at times, that voice can be difficult to hear. A strong therapeutic relationship can help bring that wisdom to the surface in a way that stays with you long after therapy ends.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to meet your unique needs. I am level 1 graduate with Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I enjoy working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, stress management, multicultural integration, LGBTQ+ concerns, and more.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, my intention is to offer a safe and supportive environment where you can connect with your experiences and witness the unfolding of your own healing and personal transformation. Let’s connect and begin your journey!
