I’m a licensed psychologist dedicated to providing a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood-related concerns, grief and loss, stress, and life transitions, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My approach is personalized and practical, with a focus on helping individuals build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
