Great to meet you!
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted. You may find yourself overthinking, constantly on edge, emotionally drained, or noticing that stress is beginning to affect your body through tension, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, or trouble slowing down. My goal is to help you understand what your mind and body are communicating so you can respond with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and nervous system-informed interventions to help clients develop lasting emotional resilience rather than simply managing symptoms. Together, we'll identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, build skills to navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, trauma, grief, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and adjustment to chronic illness or other health conditions. With a background in both health outcomes research and clinical counseling, I have a particular interest in the connection between emotional well-being, the nervous system, and overall health.
Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Therapy isn't about fixing who you are. It's about helping you reconnect with your strengths, develop greater flexibility in responding to life's challenges, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most to you.
