Great to meet you!

I believe that meaningful progress in therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. By building trust and genuine connection, I create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.

Since earning my Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University in 2016, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals aged six and up. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Every individual’s journey is unique, and I strive to tailor my approach to each client. My practice incorporates evidence-based modalities, including CBT, and I am recently trained in EMDR therapy to support the processing of trauma and distressing experiences.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we take time to thoroughly explore the presenting concerns and gather relevant background information. My approach is highly collaborative, ensuring that we make the most of our time together and that each client feels actively engaged in their therapeutic journey.
