Great to meet you!

I approach therapy as a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. It’s a space for you to feel seen, heard, and understood—to explore and make sense of your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and history—to learn how to navigate it with compassion and shift patterns so you can build a more grounded and aligned relationship with yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed where we'll tailor therapy to meet your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. We’ll work together to find an approach that feels supportive and aligned with your needs. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Together, we may build practical coping skills, deepen self-understanding, explore relationship patterns, and strengthen your capacity for regulation and resilience. My work draws from evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, including CBT, TF-CBT, ACT, ERP, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, solution focused practices.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped you, clarify what feels most important to you, and begin identifying goals that reflect what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, integrating practical tools, meaningful insight, and body-based practices to support healing, resilience, and lasting growth.

Beginning therapy can feel like an uncertain step, and you took the first step here. You don’t have to take the next alone. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation. We can talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
