Great to meet you!

I have been passionate about supporting others’ growth and wellness for many years. I owned a wellness center for 12 years before answering a calling to serve more deeply as a clinician, which led me to further my education in graduate school to become a licensed therapist. I have four years of clinical experience, including community mental health work, providing intensive services such as Wraparound, and FSP for high acuity cases, as well as experience as a faith-based school counselor, and in private practice. I specialize in helping individuals navigate, anxiety, stress, and trauma, bringing both professional expertise and genuine compassion to my work. My hope is to eventually reopen a center that nurtures the mind, body and soul.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and trauma-informed, grounded in evidence based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I also integrate a holistic perspective, recognizing the connection between mind, body and emotions, and I tailor interventions to meet each person’s unique needs, pace, and goals.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I focus on getting to know you and understand your current concerns, goals, and strengths. I work to create a warm, supportive environment, where you feel safe to share openly. Together, we begin identifying patterns, exploring what’s been challenging, and discussing strategies for coping and growth. The session sets the foundation for collaborative work toward healing, emotional regulation, and increased confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
