Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Align Psychiatry and Wellness, and I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I take a whole‐person approach to care, focusing on the emotional, relational, and deeper sources of meaning that shape each person’s experience.

I’m a graduate of Liberty University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m trained in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems–informed care, which allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs.

Clients often describe my style as warm, steady, and collaborative. I value meeting you exactly where you are and walking alongside you as you move toward clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and my approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence‐based practices. I am trained in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems–informed care. I draw from these modalities to tailor therapy to your unique needs, and I welcome conversations about purpose, identity, or spirituality when they naturally support your healing process.

I see therapy as a shared journey—one where you don’t have to walk alone, and where growth happens through compassion, curiosity, and connection. Whether you’re healing from past experiences, seeking clarity in the present, or working toward a stronger sense of self, I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you as a whole person—your story, your strengths, and what’s been weighing on you. I create a calm, welcoming space where you can share at your own pace, without pressure or expectations.

We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll also explain how I work and how we can tailor our approach to fit your needs, whether that involves trauma‐focused work, skill‐building, or deeper reflection.

By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of your goals and how we can move forward together in a way that feels supportive and grounded.
