Great to meet you!

Healing starts with feeling heard. If you’re carrying the weight of grief, trauma, or struggles in parent-child communication, you don’t have to do it alone. I help individuals and families navigate loss, process past wounds, and rebuild connections.

My approach to therapy

Through a narrative-focused, trauma-informed approach, I create a space where your story is valued and your experiences are validated. Together, we’ll work to release what no longer serves you and create a path toward healing, clarity, and a life that feels authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

My passion for therapy comes from my own lived experiences. I grew up navigating a traumatic childhood and deep personal grief, so I understand how isolating pain can feel. I also recognize the importance of belonging, identity, and open communication. My experiences shaped my commitment to creating a judgment-free, affirming space where you can process at your own pace in ways that feel right for you. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you rewrite your story in a way that empowers you rather than defines you.
